Easter is a great time of year to get outside with the kids and enjoy the beauty of the the changing seasons. Now that we can venture further afield again, take your pick from the many family friendly outdoor events around Victoria this Easter break.
Easter School Holiday Fun at SkyHigh
When: 11-20 April 2023
Time: 11am - 4pm daily
Where: SkyHigh Mt Dandenong
Cost: Maze entry: Adults $8:00,Children (under 12) $6:00, Family Ticket (2 adults, 2 children) $22:00 - All other activities, rides and entertainment are FREE.
Join in on the Easter School Holidays Fun at Skyhigh Mt Dandenong with exciting activities every weekday, such as animal encounters, treasure hunts, pony rides, stilt walkers, and mini golf for children ages 5-12. Check the daily activities and times, all of which are free of charge. Registration is required for events, and cooking classes are limited to 20 children aged 6-12. Don't miss out on the SkyHigh Maze open every day from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Note that activities will start after the Easter long weekend.

Flinders Easter Market
When: Sunday 9 April 2023
Time: 9am - 2pm
Where: B.A Cairns Reserve, Stokes St, Flinders
Cost: Free Entry (however parking proceeds are raised to help the CFA)
Head over to the scenic Flinders Cricket Ground overlooking Westernport Bay and Phillip Island for the Flinders Market, featuring over 100 stalls of Fresh Produce, Craft, Bric-a-Brac, and knick-knacks. Keep the kids entertained with Pony Rides, Jumping Castle, Face Painting, Mobile Farm, and children's stalls. Enjoy a delicious lunch while taking in the stunning views. There is no entry fee, but a gold coin donation to the local CFA when parking is appreciated. All proceeds go towards supporting the Flinders Cricket Club and CFA.
Easter at Mt Buller

Where: Mt Buller Village, 1 Summit Road Mount Buller
Celebrate Easter at Mt Buller with a family-friendly long weekend filled with fun activities like mountain biking, bushwalks, trail running, and more. Don't miss the famous Easter Egg Hunt with over 10,000 eggs, or the Mountain High Fun Run with DJ and prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, benefiting the Mansfield District Hospital. Visit the Easter Village Market to indulge in the region's local produce and enjoy giant games and the Pump Track. Join the free Easter celebration and hunt for eggs on Mt Buller with the kids!

Bendigo Easter Fair

Enjoy a fun-filled Easter long weekend at Bendigo's Rosalind Park and surrounding streets. With a diverse program of activities and attractions for all ages, you can hunt for 80,000 Easter Eggs, experience Carnival Central, browse the Rotary Market, enjoy live music, and explore hands-on activities and performances in the park. Join the festivities at Dai Gum San Precinct for the Awakening of the Dragon, featuring dance, drums, Lion teams, and 100,000 crackers. Witness the illuminated floats in the Torchlight Procession on Easter Saturday and the iconic Gala Parade on Easter Sunday, featuring the world's longest Imperial Dragon, Dai Gum Loong. The Bendigo Easter Festival is a must-attend event for families and will surely become a yearly tradition!
