Gift Card

A Springfree Gift Card is the perfect present, whether for a birthday, Christmas, school holidays, getting the kids outside and active, or just because. Get your Springfree Gift Card today! Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to Gift Card purchases.

Credit Card

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. After you have placed your webstore order, our team will be in touch for personal confirmation.


If you have a PayPal account, this is a safe and secure payment option that can be used when you purchase through the webstore.


BPAY is available to customers who order in-store or over the phone. You will be provided with a BPAY biller code and references. Once your BPAY payment has cleared (usually 48 hours), your trampoline will be despatched.

Layby is offered on all Springfree Trampolines in Australia - Refer to our full Layby policy here.

Layby is a great way to pay off your trampoline and perhaps get family and friends to contribute toward the trampoline purchase.

Here’s how our Layby works:

Process: To place a Layby, call us on 1800 586 772.
You will receive an email confirming your deposit along with our full Layby policy, terms and conditions.
Deposit - Springfree Trampoline A $200 deposit is required to secure your trampoline Layby.
Deposit - Springfree Trampoline with tgoma A $300 deposit is required to secure a Layby which includes tgoma.
Period: Our Layby period is for a maximum of twelve (12) months
Minimum Payment: We require a minimum monthly instalment of $50 within the Layby period, unless your Layby is paid out in full prior.
We require a minimum of two (2) instalments within the Layby period.
A mandatory trampoline delivery fee will be applied to your order based on your postcode.
Payment options:
  1. Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) by calling 1800 586 772 or dropping into a Springfree Experience Centre
  2. Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) by logging into your My Account (New accounts must be set up by one of our friendly sales consultants. Please call 1800 586 772 to arrange this).
  3. BPay (details at the bottom of the sales order)
  4. Cheque or Money Order (allow up to six (6) days for clearance)
Cancellation fee – Springfree Trampoline: Should you choose to cancel a Layby of a Springfree Trampoline without tgoma for any reason we will refund the amount you have paid to date less a $200 cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee – Springfree Trampoline with tgoma Should you choose to cancel a Layby which includes tgoma for any reason we will refund the amount you have paid to date less a $300 cancellation fee.

Christmas Layby additional Terms & Conditions

  • The final date for commencing your Christmas Layby is 31 October.
  • For guaranteed Christmas delivery, your final Layby payment and delivery fee must be received by 30 November.

tgoma Presale Terms & Conditions

For free installation of tgoma as per the tgoma presale terms and conditions, you must be in an installation zone. Your Layby must also be finalised by 30 September 2016, to ensure final processing and installation in time for October (free tgoma installation only applies to units installed in October 2016). Presale Terms and Conditions can be found on our tgoma presale page. If your Layby is not finalised by 30 September 2016, you may not qualify for free installation of tgoma.


Cheques must be made out to Springfree Trampoline. Please allow 10 business days for the cheque to clear. Once the cheque has cleared, your trampoline will be despatched.


For security reasons, cash is not accepted. There is no cash onsite at our Experience Centres. Thank you for understanding.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Refund Policy & Exchange Policy

The Springfree Team understand that you expect the very best from your Springfree Trampoline. We want you to love being a Springfree owner and we are always happy to speak with you if you have any concerns.

Our Refund Policy

Springfree Trampoline will not refund on change of mind purchases. Our refund process is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and each case will be based on its own merit and determined at the sole discretion of Springfree Trampoline management. Please refer to our Refund Policy here.

Our Exchange Policy

Springfree Trampoline will gladly facilitate an exchange for another model (upsizing or downsizing of your trampoline), subject to terms and conditions as outlined in our Exchange Policy.
