TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

When placing an order with Springfree Trampoline, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of purchase.

Certain legislation in Australia may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations on Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Springfree Trampoline may offer an exchange, refund, repair or other remedy where there is a fault. Each case will be based on its own merit and determined at the sole discretion of Springfree Trampoline management - please refer to our ‘Warranty Claim’ form on our website or call Customer Care on 1800 586 772.

Springfree Trampoline may refuse free repair, exchange or refund if the trampoline has been installed incorrectly, not maintained or misused in accordance with the User Manual and Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly Instructions – please refer to our ‘Springfree Trampoline Product Warranty’.

Springfree Trampoline will not refund on ‘change of mind’ purchase – please refer to our ‘Refund Policy’ below for terms and conditions.

We may consider an exchange of your trampoline for a different model – please refer to our ‘Exchange Policy’ below for terms and conditions.

LAYBY POLICY

Laybys are offered on all Springfree Trampolines in Australia – please refer to our terms and conditions below.

Terms & Conditions

All Laybys require a minimum deposit of $200.

Our Layby period is for a maximum of twelve (12) months.

We require a minimum $50 monthly instalment within the Layby period, unless your Layby is paid in full prior.

A mandatory delivery fee will be applied to your order based on your postcode.

Layby is available on trampoline purchases only. Trampoline purchases can include Accessories and Accessory Bundles.

Should you choose to cancel a Layby for any reason we will refund the amount you have paid to date less a $200 cancellation fee.

Layby payments can be made using:

  • Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) by calling 1800 586 772 or dropping into a Springfree Experience Centre
  • Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) by logging into your My Account (New accounts must be set up by one of our friendly sales consultants. Please call 1800 586 772 to arrange this).
  • BPay (details at the bottom of the sales order).
  • Cheque or Money Order (allow up to six (6) days for clearance).

We cannot accept cash payments in store as per our standard payments.

No items will be delivered until the Layby has been paid in full, including the mandatory trampoline delivery fee.

Laybys orders must be delivered and are not eligible for customer pick up due to warehousing management of Laybys.

If you wish to change your Layby before full and final payment by upsizing or downsizing to a different Springfree Trampoline model, call us on 1800 586 772.

Accessories and Accessory Bundles cannot be purchased stand-alone using Layby unless they are purchased with a trampoline in the same Layby order.

Any promotion or discounted items offered by Springfree Trampoline specifically excludes Layby unless otherwise stated.

Failure to meet the required Layby terms and conditions may result in cancellation of your Layby order. In this instance:

  • We will notify you by phone to request payment within fourteen (14) days to avoid any cancellation of your Layby. If we are unable to reach you by phone we will send you an email notification.
  • If no payment is made within fourteen (14) days following this notification, we may cancel your Layby order and thereby refund the amount you have paid to date less a $200 cancellation fee.
  • If you are unable to keep up your payments for any reason, please contact Customer Care on 1800 586 772 between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Christmas Period – Additional Layby Terms & Conditions.

The final date for commencing your Christmas Layby is 31 October.

For guaranteed Christmas delivery, your final Layby payment and delivery fee must be received by 30 November.


REFUND POLICY

Springfree Trampoline will not refund on ‘change of mind’ purchases.

We will gladly facilitate an exchange for another model – please refer to our ‘Exchange Policy’ below for terms and conditions .

REFUND POLICY: ACCESSORIES

Springfree Trampoline will not refund on ‘change of mind’ purchases of any Springfree accessory with the exception of the FlexrStep

In this instance, the following conditions, fees and charges will apply:

  • Shipping to return the FlexrStep to us
  • FlexrStep must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)

We may consider an exchange of your Springfree Trampoline accessory for another accessory - please refer to our ‘Exchange Policy: Accessories’ for terms and conditions.

Refund Policy: Accessory Bundle and Accessory Pack

Springfree Trampoline will not refund on ‘change of mind’ purchases of any Springfree ‘Accessory Bundle’ or ‘Accessory Pack’.

We may consider an exchange of your Springfree Accessory Bundle or Pack for another Accessory Bundle or Pack – please refer to our ‘Exchange Policy: Accessories’ for terms and conditions.

Where the FlexrStep has been purchased as part of an Accessory Bundle or Pack any refund will be subject to the following conditions, fees and charges:

  • Reduction based on promotional discount applied to bundle pack at purchase
  • Shipping to return the FlexrStep to us
  • FlexrStep must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)

EXCHANGE POLICY

Springfree Trampoline will gladly facilitate an exchange for another model (upsizing or downsizing). Terms and conditions of the exchange will be subject to the following:

  1. The trampoline must be in ‘as new’ condition
  • ‘As new’ condition means:
  • The trampoline has not been unpacked or opened
  • The trampoline must be in its original packaging/boxes including the original strap/seal, User Manual and Trampoline and Enclosure Assembly Instructions
  1. The progression of the order, for instance:
  • If your trampoline has not left our warehouse we will refund or charge the difference in cost for exchanging to another model.  Additionally, a $50.00 administration fee will apply.
  • If we have dispatched your trampoline order the following conditions, fees and charges will apply:
  • The Springfree Trampoline must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)
  • Shipping of the ‘original’ trampoline to you
  • Shipping to return the ‘original’ trampoline to us
  • All costs and charges associated with the ‘new’ trampoline exchange, including shipping and installation as required
  • Administration fee of $50.00
  • If you have paid for the trampoline to be installed and the installer is/has been onsite but the trampoline has not been installed the following conditions, fees and charges will apply:
  • The Springfree Trampoline must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)
  • Service fee of $80.00
  • Shipping of the ‘original’ trampoline to you
  • Shipping to return the ‘original’ trampoline to us
  • Any price difference, costs and charges associated with the ‘new’ trampoline exchange, including shipping and installation as required
  • Administration fee of $50.00
  • If the trampoline has been installed either by Springfree or the customer before the exchange has been requested we will apply a “demonstrator” value to the trampoline of $250 (as it is NOT in ‘as new’ condition – see above) and the following fees and charges will apply:
  • Shipping of the ‘original’ Springfree Trampoline to you
  • Disassembly fee of ‘original’ trampoline if required
  • Shipping to return the ‘original’ trampoline to us
  • All costs and charges associated with the ‘new’ trampoline exchange, including shipping and installation as required
  • Administration fee of $50.00

EXCHANGE POLICY: ACCESSORIES

We will gladly exchange your Springfree Trampoline accessory for another accessory, subject to the following conditions, fees and charges:

  • Any price difference on an accessory exchange
  • Shipping of the ‘original’ accessory back to us
  • The accessory must be in ‘as new’ condition

‘As new’ condition means:

  • The accessory has not been unpacked/opened
  • The accessory is in its original packaging/boxes including the original strap/seal and User Manual/Instructions

Exchange Policy: Accessory Bundle & Accessory Pack

We will gladly exchange your Springfree Trampoline ‘Accessory Bundle’ or ‘Accessory Pack’ for another Accessory Bundle or Pack, subject to the following conditions, fees and charges:

  • Any price difference on Accessories Bundle or Pack exchange
  • Shipping of the ‘original’ accessory back to us
  • The Accessory Bundle/Pack items must be in ‘as new’ condition (see above)

Individual items within an Accessory Bundle or Accessory Pack cannot be returned for a refund (with the exception of the FlexrStep) – please refer to our ‘Refund Policy – Accessories’.


GIFT CARDS POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Cards (Purchased)

  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline are valid for 12 months (one year) from date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline Australia (www.springfree.com.au) are only valid for purchases from Springfree Trampoline Australia.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline can be used for purchases online, in store and over the phone.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline can be transferred to/used by another person.
  • Multiple Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline can be used together in the one purchase.
  • Gift Cards purchased from Springfree Trampoline may be used to purchase products and services in conjunction with any available offer.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable or transferrable for cash.
  • Springfree Trampoline does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed items.
  • Gift Card purchases are also bound by our general Terms & Conditions of Purchase.
  • The above Gift Cards (Purchased) Terms and Conditions do not apply to Promotional Gift Cards which have their own unique Terms and Conditions of use.

Gift Cards (Promotional)

  • Promotional Gift Cards are bound by the below Terms and Conditions and any other Terms and Conditions listed on/with the Promotional Gift Card or offer.
  • Promotional Gift Cards may be restricted to certain product or service purchases only, as outlined in that Promotional Gift Card’s individual Terms and Conditions.
  • Promotional Gift Cards are valid only for the period specified on the Gift Card.
  • Promotional Gift Cards are not able to be combined or pooled and used together in the one purchase/order/transaction.
  • Promotional Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • By redeeming a Promotional Gift Card, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined on the promotional gift card.
  • Promotional Gift Cards may be restricted to be only redeemable online, or only redeemable via phone, or only redeemable in store, as specified in the Terms and Conditions outlined on that Promotional Gift Card.
