3. Setting up tgoma - Creating a Family Account

When tgoma software opens for the first time you will be asked to log in, or create a Family Account (it is also possible to use tgoma as Guest, however to access games and the full range of features you will need to create a Family Account).

Follow the prompts on screen to set your account up:

  • Enter the serial number 999999 for now (when you buy a Smart Trampoline, you’ll get your own serial number).
  • Be sure to select the correct trampoline model, so the sensors can track your movements accurately.

4. Accessing Your Games

Once you’ve created your tgoma Family Account, go to the app’s home screen.

You can go back to the home screen at any time by pressing the rocket ship icon – just touch the blue drop down arrow at the top of the screen, then select the rocket ship.

If you can't yet see your games, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi.

If you can see the game icons on your home screen, you're ready to connet and play!

Connect and Play

1. Open the tgoma App on the tablet

The icon looks like this: tgoma image here

2. Connect via Bluetooth!

You’ll find the tgoma controller (the blue tgoma box) attached to the bottom of the Springfree. This should have batteries in it – it will need them to connect and play.

Ensure your tablet has Bluetooth turned on.

First make sure nobody is on or leaning against the trampoline, then switch on the tgoma controller by pressing the button at the top right. The green light should now be pulsing, indicating that the controller is running. Please wait for at least 15 seconds to allow the system to calibrate the sensors before touching the trampoline.

You’ll see a tick on the top right hand corner next to the player username when it’s all connected!

3. Select your Game and Play!

Once you’re all connected, you can select the game you would like to play. Use the arrows on the right to scroll down and view them all. Then simply tap the game or app you’d like to play, and you’re good to go!

You can go back to the home screen at any time by pressing the rocket ship icon – just touch the blue drop down arrow at the top of the screen, then select the rocket ship.
