NDIS with Springfree Trampoline
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency whose role is to implement the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers. The NDIS will mean peace of mind for every Australian - for anyone who has, or might acquire, a disability. Trampolines can be a valuable tool for therapy for children with autism and sensory integration disorders and Springfree Trampoline is approved for funding by the NDIS under the Assistive Equip-Recreation category.
How to Purchase a Springfree with NDIS
Applying for NDIS funding can depend on how your plan is managed. Below are the options available.
Requires funds under Assistive Equip-Recreation or Innov Community Participation
Email us for an invoice to sales@springfree.com.au and include:

We send you an invoice and confirm it is correct.
You provide us with the:
- NDIS participant's Name
- Date of birth
- Payment plan start and end dates
We log into the NDIS portal and submit a payment request.
Once approved, the items are sent.

We send you an invoice that you can forward to your provider.

How and When to Apply for Funding
For children aged between 0 and 6 years old, with concerns in development, you can reach out to an early childhood partner through the NDIS website and this partner can tailor support to you and your child as part of the NDIS' Early Childhood Intervention (ECEI) program.
You can expect to receive the following, should you child become an NDIS participant:
- Contact the NDIA and get information about the NDIA in your area. You can call the NDIA on 1800 800 110.
- Meet an NDIS early childhood partner who will discuss your child's needs.
- Work out the level of support your child needs. This might include emotional, community and strategic support.
- Make up an individual NDIS plan for submission.
- Explore early intervention support and select your providers.
- Put your child's plan into action.
- Contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 for information about the NDIS in your area.
- Meet an NDIA/NDIS coordinator who will discuss the needs of your child and your family.
- Make up an individual NDIS plan for submission, including the support your child needs to reach their goals. Your coordinator will submit this to the NDIA for approval.
- Choose service providers for your child's NDIS plan.
- Put your child's plan into action.
NDIS funding can be used to access the support your child needs, regardless of your situation or diagnosis.
This can include things like speech therapy, occupational therapy and movement therapy. It might also include technology or devices that help you child to move through life easier. NDIS can also include modifications to your home where needed.
This support can include things like:
- Skill building
- Vacation care
- Therapy support and behaviour support
- Mobility equipment
- Aids and access equipment
- Home and transport modifications
- Disability-specific parent and carer training
- Support and ongoing care
They generally won't fund support that:
- Isn’t related to your child’s disability
- Is part of day to day living and that isn’t related to your child’s disability and support needs
- Duplicates other support provided by mainstream avenues like health or education providers
- Information and emotional support for your child and your family.
- Access to health services, playgroups and support groups,
- Early intervention support like speech therapy and occupational therapy.

- The winner has until 5:00PM AEST Friday 28 February 2020 to claim their prize. After this period, if no prize has been claimed, Springfree Trampoline will judge a replacement winner for the competition.
- The judgement of the replacement winner (should this be necessary) will occur 10:00AM AEST Monday 2 March 2020 at 1/60 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park, Queensland 4556. The replacement winner will be notified in writing via email and will receive a phone call following the prize draw.
- The replacement winner (if required) will be published by Friday 6 March 2020 on Springfree Trampoline’s website at: www.springfree.com.au/competitions
- Prize does not include upgrades, accessories or additional services. These can be purchased separately.
- Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
- The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 28 days from date of claim for prize delivery.
- Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
- Springfree Trampoline does not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
- Employees of Springfree Trampoline and Officeworks Ltd are ineligible to enter.
