Are you moving house, landscaping, or completing a home renovation?
If you need your Springfree moved for any reason, we can help with our disassembly and reassembly services!
The disassembly and reassembly services are available for a variety of reasons including:
- Moving house (we take it down, you move it, we put it back up)
- Landscaping your yard
- Moving the trampoline from the front yard to the back yard – or vice versa
- Packing the trampoline up ready for selling
- Putting the trampoline into storage
- Making room for a new Springfree Smart Trampoline™
These services are provided by our team of trained installers who have the expertise and knowledge to perform the job efficiently and professionally.

- Once your order is complete and your payment is finalised, we’ll contact you to discuss booking your service to take place within 10 business days or to accommodate any requests that you have. Please note Special requests are dependent on availability.

During the disassembly process our installer will complete a condition report, take down your Springfree and pack it into protective Springfree packaging for you. A condition report is like a health check of your Springfree. Once completed, our Customer Care team will finalise the condition report provided by our installer and will send you a copy of the report along with an estimate for any replacement parts that may be required for us to be able to safely reassemble the trampoline for you.
The Move (now that it’s all boxed up)!
If you are moving house, you (or your removalist company) can then move it, along with the rest of your possessions, to your new home.
Once your condition report is completed and any required spare parts have been purchased, we will contact you to discuss when you would like us to reassemble your Springfree in its new location!
