Warranty Coverage:

The Springfree™ Trampoline warranty covers manufacturing faults only, and does not apply to general wear and tear.

Springfree™ Trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal recreational use and service conditions.  The various component parts of the trampoline are warranted against failure and defects in workmanship as follows:

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product warranty, please call our team on 1800 JUMP SAFE.  Full details of your product warranty can also be found within the product manual.  If you no longer have your manual, these can be downloaded from this website.

Should your Springfree be out of warranty and require replacement parts, these can be purchased by calling our friendly team on 1800 JUMP SAFE (1800 586 772) .
