Refund and Returns Policy

Springfree endevours to make sure you are happy with our service and product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your Springfree, please read the following returns policy.

 

Damaged goods

All goods are carefully checked for any imperfections before dispatch. If, however, you find fault with any item you may return it to us for exchange or full refund. You will need to dispatch it back to us within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund of the value of the goods or replacement product. Note: delivery charges will be refunded in the case of full product returns. Call 1800 123 204 to arrange.

Other returns

If you are returning your Springfree for other reasons, you have 30 days within which you may return your Springfree and receive a full refund. You will be refunded the price of the trampoline only, and will be required to cover the cost of delivering your product back to Springfree.

You will need to dispatch returns back to us within 30 days of receipt. We will then refund you the full price of the trampoline(s) providing that all parts are returned in their original packaging and original condition. Any costs incurred by Springfree to return the trampoline to original condition, will be debited from your refund total. Your original freight will not be refunded, and you will be required to cover the cost of return delivery.

 

Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of you sending the return goods back to us. We will notify you when the refund has been made. Call 1800 JUMP SAFE to arrange.

This Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
