Your Springfree™ Trampoline is designed to be robust and strong. As with any product installed outdoors, natural accidents, pets or even the kids can damage play items. We supply spare parts for most Springfree™ Trampoline models.

The Springfree™ Trampoline warranty covers manufacturing faults only, and does not apply to general wear and tear.
Springfree™ Trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal recreational use and service conditions.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your product warranty, please call our team on 1800 JUMP SAFE. Full details of your product warranty can also be found within the product manual. If you no longer have your manual, these can be downloaded from this website.
Should your Springfree be out of warranty and require replacement parts, these can be purchased by calling our friendly team on 1800 JUMP SAFE (1800 586 772) .
If you believe you have a manufacturing fault or a product defect with your Springfree™ Trampoline and need to make a warranty claim, please complete the Claim Form by clicking on the link below.
You will receive feedback on your claim within 7 days.Warranty
Your Springfree Trampoline is estimated to be delivered within 3-5 working days.
You will receive delivery details within 2 business days from the date you received your fully paid invoice. Your delivery notification will outline your delivery status and advise of your delivery schedule; at this point you can contact the freight forwarder directly with any special request.
If you have not been contacted within these time schedules and you have yet to receive delivery information please call 1800 586 772 and speak with our Customer Care Officer who will be able to assist you. For fast assistance, we ask that you have your invoice number on hand to quote.
If you have selected installation and live in a major metropolitan area, Springfree™Trampoline will guarantee to have your trampoline installed within the same 10 business day period in which the trampoline was delivered.
We endeavor to have an installer available in most regional locations, however in some areas we are yet to secure the resources to provide you with an installation service. Until we have a market or need in a location it is always difficult to secure the services of a regular installer.
If you require installation and live in an area where we currently do not offer installation, we will endeavour to find someone to assist, however there is no guarantee that we will be successful. Should we be unable to provide an installer for you, we will fully refund the fee paid for installation.
Should you subsequently find a local handyman to assist, we suggest 2 hours should be sufficient time to install.Delivery
