“Accidental Damage” Voucher Redemption Terms and Conditions

  1. The "Accidental Damage" Voucher does not cover fair wear and tear resulting from normal backyard use.  The "Accidental Damage" Voucher covers damage resulting from the mischievious activity that children can sometimes engage in, resulting in unintended consequences.
  2. Only one voucher may be redeemed per trampoline purchased
  3. The voucher is redeemable by the original purchaser only
  4. The voucher cannot be used concurrently with any other promotional offering
  5. The voucher is not the equivalent of cash and cannot be redeemed for money
  6. The voucher is a “single use” offer.  If redeemed for spare parts valued at less than $200, there is no residual value
  7. When redeeming a valid “Accidental Damage” voucher the holder must:
    a. Forward the damaged component(s) being replaced to SFTA, freight paid by customer.  The returned component(s) become the property of SFTA;
    b. Include the voucher with all information fields completed
  8. In the event the replacement component requested has a value equal to or less than the value of the voucher, Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd. (SFTA) will ship the replacement component(s) freight paid to the original purchaser of the product
  9. In the event the replacement component(s) requested has a value greater than the value of the voucher, Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd. (SFTA) will:
    a. Contact the customer and provide a quote for the  additional cost in excess of the value of the voucher
    b. If the customer accepts the quotation, then arrange for payment of the residual amount prior to shipment of the replacement component(s)
  10. Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd. (SFTA) Reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the "Accidental Damage Voucher" offer and/ or the terms of redemptions from time to time at its exclusive discretion.
