Springfree™ Trampoline guarantees delivery in Australian within 10 working days.

You will recieve delivery details within 2 business* days from the date you received your fully paid invoice. Your delivery notification will outline your delivery status and advise of your delivery schedule; at this point you can contact the freight forwarder directly with any special request.

If you feel your you have not been contacted within these time schedules and you have yet to recieve delivery information call 1800 123 204 and go through to our Customer Care Officer who will be able to assist you.Please have your invoice number on hand to quote.
