To proceed with your claim you will need to provide a minimum of one, up to maximum of three clear photos of the component involved showing as much detail as possible. North American customers must upload one scanned copy of your receipt (or fax a copy to Customer Service at 1 (905) 948-0016) along with your claim photos. Only PNG, JPEG, and GIF images accepted. Total of ALL THREE combined photos must not exceed 1MB.
