As you will be asked to upload photos to support your claim and will not be able to continue without doing so we suggest that you have these ready before proceeding.

You will receive feedback on your claim within 7 working days.

Please note that the claim form applies to Australian Residents Only.  Please do not submit this form if you have bought your trampoline outside of Australia.

To proceed with your claim you will need to provide three clear photos of the component involved showing as much detail as possible. Only PNG, JPEG, and GIF images are allowed. Total filesize must not exceed 512Kb.
