How does the session work?

• Kids must be between the ages of 6 -12 years to be eligible to participate
• The moves are simple and are designed for a beginner / basic skill level
• The sessions are facilitated by a qualified trampoline instructor and go for a maximum of 60 minutes
• A parent or guardian must remain onsite during the session (we’ll make it enjoyable for you too!)
• All participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the session and a Springfree goodie bag to take home!
• Children under the age of 6 are welcome to come along but they are unable to participate in a session (they can have a bounce)

Everyone loves to show mum and dad all the tricks they can do on their Springfree™ Trampoline but remember safety comes first! If you want to try some fancy flips or swanky somersaults please try this under the direction of an experienced gym teacher and in the surrounds of a gymnasium.

THE MOVE

Begin jumping, as you jump up in the air, bring your arms in over 1 shoulder, turn your head in that direction and look for a starting point. Did you do a full twist?

CHALLENGE

See how many full twists you can do in row, don’t forget to say Geronimo! Ready, set, GO!

DID YOU KNOW

The word “Geronimo” was first used in 1940 the night before U.S.paratroopers at Fort Benning had their first mass jump. As watched the film ‘Geronimo’ a Private Aubrey Eberhardt announced he would shout the name when he jumped to prove he was not scared. The trend has since caught on elsewhere.

Show us your Chalk Masterpiece…

Your Springfree Trampoline makes the coolest Chalk Board and you can create some true masterpieces. All you need is a box of coloured chalk and your imagination!

Kids love to be creative and it helps them to develop fine motors skills. There is a great deal of problem solving and concentration which happens as children learn to take what is in their head and draw it onto a giant chalk board! And it’s a nice quiet activity!
