Sue Ann,

Sorry to hear about your trampoline. Unfortunately, our anchors are designed to fit Springfrees only. To ensure that they are maximum strength, we needed to fit the anchor to our unique frame design.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Cheers,

Stella from the Springfree Team

Stella,

Does this anchor work with other brands of trampolines? My daughter saved her money and bought a trampoline only to have it carried off in the wind only a week later and pretty much totally ruined. We are HOPING to win a new Springfree this week but if we are unsuccessful we will be ordering replacement parts for hers and are wondering if these anchors would work.

Jenny,

What a cool story! Did we read your mind or what?! Hope your new anchor serves you well and let us know if you have any other concerns.

Hi Paul,

Each anchor comes with two stakes that you drive into the ground at an angle. When the stakes are in the ground, they crossover in a X-shape which secures your Springfree. This makes it very difficult for anchor to be pulled out. In addition, the anchor fits securely around the leg of the Springfree Trampoline for extra reinforcement. If you'd like additional information, feel free to email our customer service department at customerservice@springfree.com. Hope this helps!

I received an email advertising this anchor just two hours after
watching our Springfree trampoline be picked up and turned upside down onto our swing set. My husband left work to help get it put back in place and we were discussing how to deal with future possible wind storms. We have owned our trampoline for over three years and have never had a problem of this kind.
We went into the house to look up replacing the two poles that were broken in the upheaval. Upon opening my browser, I was notified of a new email and it was the article announcing this product! The timing was certainly eerie, but at the same time a welcome answer to a most immediate concern regarding the safety of our trampoline in a windstorm! We will be ordering this today!

Sounds like a good idea, but difficult to tell from the web pages how it works. Does the anchor get staked to the ground?

Tracy, sorry to hear about your trampoline. We're always innovating different ways to ensure our product remains the world's safest and by extension, we seek to keep families safe. If a second trampoline is in your future, you know who to turn to! :)

Wow, so glad to see this, was just wishing there was somthing out there like this. Recently a bad storm came through and took our trampoline away and it tore it up. Wish I had something like this then. Now are trampoline is broke, too bad we didn't have a springfree trampoline and this wonderful device to keep it grounded.
